Can I use the free plan for commercial projects?

Yes — always. Unlike some competitors who restrict free plans to non-commercial use, Uptraq's free plan has no such limitation. No gotchas.

What does AI incident analysis do?

When a monitor goes down, AI instantly performs incident analysis — identifying the most likely cause (e.g. HTTP 503, timeout, SSL failure). Pro and Business users also get AI-generated fix steps so your on-call engineer knows exactly where to start.

What check intervals do you support?

Free plan checks every 5 minutes. Hobby and Pro check every 1 minute. Business plan gets 30-second checks for near real-time alerting.

Which notification channels are supported?

Email is included on all paid plans. From Hobby onwards you also get Telegram, Slack, Discord, custom webhooks (HMAC-signed), Zapier, and Make. All channels fire on DOWN, DEGRADED (slow response), and RECOVERY events.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Pro plan supports up to 5 team members; Business supports up to 25. Invite by email and assign roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer). Team members can view monitors and incidents in real time from their own account — no credential sharing needed.

What is SSL certificate monitoring?

Every monitor automatically tracks the SSL expiry date of the target URL. The dashboard shows exactly how many days remain on each certificate — so you get warned before your users ever see a browser security warning. Available on all plans.

What are maintenance windows?

You can schedule planned downtime windows per monitor. During a window, all alerts are automatically suppressed — no false alarms, and no waking your team at 3 AM for a routine deploy. Available on all plans.

What are degraded alerts?

Beyond simple up/down, Uptraq can alert you when a monitor becomes degraded — meaning it's still responding but slower than your defined threshold. You receive a ⚠️ DEGRADED alert via all configured channels when response time exceeds the limit.

What is the daily digest email?

Every day, Uptraq sends a summary email listing each monitor's 24-hour uptime percentage, average response time, and incident count. You can unsubscribe from digests at any time from the email footer or account settings.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month (or annual). Cancel from your account settings with no questions asked and no penalties.

How is billing handled?

Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We never store card details. Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount versus monthly.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Can I try Pro before paying?
