Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry or request the selection pack, we collect the details you provide:

• Your name, company, email address and country or region.
• Product interest, model numbers, quantities and requirements you choose to include.
• Photos, nameplates, drawings or other files you attach to an inquiry.

We also keep the submission time, request reference, your permission to use the details, and internal notes about handling your request.

How we use your information

We use these details to respond to your request, check product configurations, prepare quotation information, provide requested documents and follow up on the product needs you have shared. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

You can browse product information and download individual technical PDFs without submitting a contact form.

Access and technical review

Submitted contact details and attachments are available through a password-protected administration area. They are not published in the product catalog or document library.

Checking a replacement or configuration may involve sharing relevant technical details with the product manufacturer or supplier. Only upload files you are entitled to share, and remove unrelated personal or confidential information before sending them.

Website hosting, security and email service providers process information needed to deliver the website and correspondence. These services may operate outside your country or region.

Storage and backup copies

Inquiry records, attachments and selection-pack requests are stored for follow-up, with backup copies kept for recovery. There is currently no fixed deletion period or automatic expiry for these records and backups.

You can contact us to ask about stored information or request deletion. Requests are handled manually; removing an active record does not automatically remove copies from backups. We will explain the scope of any removal and any copies that remain when responding to your request.

Questions or requests about your information

Email info@uptraq.io to request access, a correction, deletion, or an end to follow-up about your inquiry.

Where possible, use the email address on your original submission and include your inquiry reference. We may need to confirm that the information belongs to you before providing it or making changes.

Connections and cookies

Hosting and security services may process connection information such as IP addresses, browser details, pages requested and access times to deliver and protect the website. Security services may also use cookies. Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie; browsing the public product catalog does not require an administrator account.
